PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the following business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, sales events, and due to high order volumes.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure your products reach you in a timely manner:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $10 or Complimentary standard shipping for orders above $75. 
  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $29.99.
  • Next-Day Shipping (1 business day): $39.99.

International shipping is available and costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country and selected shipping method.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website to stay updated on its delivery progress.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times may vary based on your location, chosen shipping method, and external factors beyond our control such as weather delays, carrier delays, or customs hold-ups. We do our best to ensure your order arrives promptly and in perfect condition.

Please note that the shipping times mentioned are estimates and not guaranteed. Aracari Official is not responsible for any delays once the package has been handed over to the courier.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Aracari Official is not liable for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped. In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for assistance. If additional help is needed, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

PRE-ORDERS & CUSTOM ITEMS

For any pre-orders or custom items, the shipping timelines may be longer than standard orders. Please refer to the specific product description for the expected ship date. Once the item is shipped, standard delivery times will apply.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

If you provide incorrect or incomplete shipping details, we are not responsible for lost packages or delays. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate when placing your order.

If you realize there is an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@aracariofficial.com. We will do our best to make the changes, but cannot guarantee modifications if the order has already been processed.

NON-DELIVERABLE PACKAGES

In the event that a package is returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address information, or because the package was unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package. Please contact us to arrange redelivery or discuss alternative options.
