Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in unused, unworn condition, and in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and certifications.
  • Condition: Returned jewelry must be free from scratches, alterations, or signs of wear. Aracari Official reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made pieces.
    • Final sale items or items marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.
    • Gift cards and promotional items.

Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at returns@aracariofficial.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
  2. Shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be securely packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance to ensure they arrive safely.
  3. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable shipping or handling fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are pleased to offer exchanges within the same 14-day window for an item of equal or greater value. Should you wish to exchange your item, please follow the return process outlined above, and indicate your preference for an exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged piece, please contact us immediately at info@aracariofficial.com. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund, and cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
